1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 11betpk ("11betpk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 11betpk website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the 11betpk Platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 11betpk Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 11betpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 11betpk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 11betpk.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 11betpk, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 11betpk Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

11betpk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 11betpk Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 11betpk account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 11betpk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

11betpk reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 11betpk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: 11betpk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 11betpk account balance in real time.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 11betpk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Withdrawal methods available to you may depend on the payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Fees: 11betpk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 11betpk accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 11betpk is not responsible for currency conversion losses if your payment provider operates in a different currency.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

11betpk reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

11betpk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 11betpk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 11betpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 11betpk Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All bets placed on 11betpk are final once confirmed. 11betpk does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 11betpk will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 11betpk's decision in such matters is final.
• 11betpk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

7. Responsible Gaming

11betpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11betpk Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11betpk staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11betpk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 11betpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the 11betpk Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11betpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11betpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11betpk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11betpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination

11betpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your 11betpk account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.

12. Amendments

11betpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the 11betpk Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 11betpk Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 11betpk operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
